If you enjoyed these Air Fryer Cornbread Muffins, then you will love these blueberry muffins too!
The best part is these are easy to make gluten-free or customize too for instance add some strawberries instead of blueberries. They’re easy to make your own!
What type of muffin liners should you use in the Air Fryer?
These Silicone Cupcake Liners are the BEST for the Air Fryer, they are easy to use and you do not need to use any baking spray or cooking spray.
The muffins will pop right out of these without sticking at all, plus you can easily fit them into just about any machine since they are not hooked together in any way.
Paper cupcake holders can be used in the air fryer, but I do think the silicone ones are the best to use.
How do you make Gluten-Free Air Fryer Blueberry Muffins?
To make these gluten-free, simply swap the all-purpose flour for gluten-free all-purpose flour.
I use Better Batter or King Arthur; however, any 1:1 gluten-free flour will work just fine.
Tips for Making Air Fryer Blueberry Muffins:
These muffins do not rise much, so you can fill the silicone liners to the top. This will give you a better size muffin.
If you fill them to the top, this recipe makes about 8 muffins but it will vary based on how much batter you put in the cupcake liners.
These will bake at 350*F and the amount you can bake at once will vary depending on the size of your air fryer.
They can be placed in the air fryer about an inch apart, just enough so that air can circulate.
The golden cooking time was 10 minutes for my air fryer; however, all air fryer machines heat differently so I would check on them around 8 minutes or halfway through cooking time. Once a toothpick inserted into the deepest part comes out clean, they are done!
