Preheat your air fryer to 320°F / 160°C.
Place the camembert wheel into a small pan lined with baking paper, or in a cheese baker if you have one.
Cut shallow lines into the top of the camembert using a small sharp knife.
Optional step: insert the garlic slices into the slits, distributing them evenly across the cheese.
Drizzle the honey and olive oil over the top of the camembert, allowing it to seep into the slits and around the cheese.
Place the pan with the camembert in the air fryer basket or onto the tray.
Air fry camembert for 10-15 minutes, or until the camembert is soft and gooey in the center. Keep an eye on it during cooking to ensure it doesn’t melt completely and lose its shape.
Once baked, carefully remove the camembert from the air fryer and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
