AIR FRYER CAMEMBERT

Description

air fryer baked camembert is a game-changer for any cheese lover out there! It’s a mouthwatering, gooey, and delicious dish that takes your favorite camembert cheese and turns it into an irresistible, warm appetizer that’s perfect for festive occasions, a cozy night in, or when entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz 225 g camembert [Note 1] one whole mini wheel of camembert
  • 3-4 cloves garlic thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F / 160°C.
  • Place the camembert wheel into a small pan lined with baking paper, or in a cheese baker if you have one.
  • Cut shallow lines into the top of the camembert using a small sharp knife.
  • Optional step: insert the garlic slices into the slits, distributing them evenly across the cheese.
  • Drizzle the honey and olive oil over the top of the camembert, allowing it to seep into the slits and around the cheese.
  • Place the pan with the camembert in the air fryer basket or onto the tray.
  • Air fry camembert for 10-15 minutes, or until the camembert is soft and gooey in the center. Keep an eye on it during cooking to ensure it doesn’t melt completely and lose its shape.
  • Once baked, carefully remove the camembert from the air fryer and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
