Ingredients
- 8 oz / 225 g camembert [Note 1] one whole mini wheel of camembert
- 3-4 cloves garlic thinly sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F / 160°C.
- Place the camembert wheel into a small pan lined with baking paper, or in a cheese baker if you have one.
- Cut shallow lines into the top of the camembert using a small sharp knife.
- Optional step: insert the garlic slices into the slits, distributing them evenly across the cheese.
- Drizzle the honey and olive oil over the top of the camembert, allowing it to seep into the slits and around the cheese.
- Place the pan with the camembert in the air fryer basket or onto the tray.
- Air fry camembert for 10-15 minutes, or until the camembert is soft and gooey in the center. Keep an eye on it during cooking to ensure it doesn’t melt completely and lose its shape.
- Once baked, carefully remove the camembert from the air fryer and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
