1. Preheat your air fryer to 375F.
The air fryer is one of my all-time favorite kitchen appliances! Not only does it make cooking faster and easier,
but it also gives food a delicious crispy texture that is hard to achieve with other cooking methods.
One of my favorite things to make in my air fryer is hard boiled eggs. I used to always cook my eggs in a pot of
boiling water, but now I can get the same results in a fraction of the time! To make air fryer hard boiled eggs,
simply preheat your air fryer to 375F and then place your eggs in the basket.
Cook for 12 minutes and then remove from the air fryer. Let the eggs cool for a few minutes before peeling.
The beauty of air fryer eggs is that they are perfectly cooked every time! No more overcooked or undercooked eggs
for me! If you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast or snack, definitely give this air fryer hack a try.
2. Cut a small hole in the bottom of each egg.
If you’re looking for a new way to cook hard-boiled eggs, you should definitely try using an air fryer!
It’s super easy and you don’t have to wait for the water to boil. Plus, your eggs will come out perfectly cooked every time. To start, simply cut a small hole in the bottom of each egg.
This will allow the hot air to circulate inside the egg and cook it evenly.
Then, place the eggs in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 375 degrees. Cook the eggs for 12 minutes,
or until they are cooked to your liking. Once the eggs are done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and place
them in an ice water bath to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for a few minutes before peeling and enjoy!
3. Put the eggs in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch each other.
A lot of people don’t realize that you can cook hard boiled eggs in an air fryer.
It’s actually really easy and only requires a few minutes of your time.
Here’s how you do it: First, preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, take a dozen eggs and place them gently in the basket of the air fryer, making sure that they don’t touch each other.
Cook them for 12 minutes, and then carefully remove them from the air fryer.
To check if they’re done, simply crack one open and see if the yolk is cooked to your liking.
If it’s still a bit runny, you can cook them for a few minutes longer. Once they’re cooked, transfer them
to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process and let them cool down. And that’s it!
You’ve now cooked a dozen hard boiled eggs in your air fryer. They’re perfect for meal prep or a quick
snack and are so much easier than using the stovetop method. Give it a try next time you need to hard boil some eggs!
4. Cook for 12 minutes.
I love hard boiled eggs. I love the way they taste, the versatility of them, and how healthy they are. I think they are
one of the perfect foods. But I don’t love the process of boiling them. It seems like such a hassle. You have to wait
for the water to boil, then carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water, then set a timer, and then wait some more.
And if you don’t do it just right, you end up with overcooked or undercooked eggs. But there is a better way.
A way that is faster and easier and produces perfect hard boiled eggs every time.
And that is to cook them in an air fryer. To cook hard boiled eggs in an air fryer, simply place them in the basket of
your air fryer. I like to put them in an egg holder or on a silicone mat so they don’t roll around.
Then cook them at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. That’s it! The eggs come out perfectly cooked every time.
The shells are very easy to peel off, and the eggs are perfect for slicing, dicing, or using in egg salads or
other recipes. If you love hard boiled eggs but hate the process of boiling them, then cooking them in an air
fryer is the way to go. Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did!
5. Carefully remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath.
Once the eggs are done cooking, carefully remove them from the air fryer and place them in an ice bath.
This will help to stop the cooking process and prevent the eggs from overcooking.
Be sure to keep a close eye on the eggs while they are in the ice bath, as you don’t want them to become overcooked.
Once the eggs are cooled, they are ready to be eaten!
6. Let them cool for a few minutes before peeling.
If you’ve never cooked hard boiled eggs in an air fryer before, you might be wondering how to go about it.
Don’t worry, it’s actually quite simple! The first thing you’ll need to do is gather your ingredients.
For this recipe, you’ll need eggs, of course, as well as a teaspoon of olive oil or cooking spray.
Next, you’ll need to preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
While it’s preheating, go ahead and coat your eggs with the olive oil or cooking spray.
This will help to ensure that they don’t stick to the basket of the air fryer. Once the air fryer is preheated, carefully place the eggs in the basket. Make sure that they’re not touching each other so
that they have enough space to cook evenly. Set the timer for 12 minutes and let them cook.
Once the timer goes off, carefully remove the eggs from the air fryer and place them in a bowl of ice water.
Let them sit for a few minutes so that they can cool off. After a few minutes, you can start peeling the eggs.
They should come away from the shell quite easily. If not, you can always pop them back in the air fryer for a
couple more minutes. And that’s it! You’ve now cooked perfect hard boiled eggs in your air fryer. Enjoy!
7. Serve!
One of the best things about air fryer hard boiled eggs is that they’re so easy to make!
There’s no need to wait for the water to boil, and you can have your eggs cooked in just a few minutes.
I like to add a little bit of oil to my air fryer before adding the eggs, just to help them cook evenly.
You can also add a little bit of water to the bottom of the air fryer, just to make sure the eggs don’t stick.
Once the eggs are cooked, I like to remove them from the air fryer and put them into a bowl of ice water.
This helps them to stop cooking and makes them easier to peel.
I find that air fryer eggs are much easier to peel than eggs that are cooked in the traditional way.
Once the eggs are peeled, you can serve them however you like. I like to add a little bit of salt and pepper,
and then I like to eat them plain. You can also add them to salads, sandwiches,
or just about anything else you can think of. There are endless possibilities when it comes to air fryer hard boiled eggs!
