Ingredients
Scale

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
 - 1 Tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
 - ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
 - Rinse sweet potatoes in water and let them air dry or pat them dry with a paper towel.

- Use a sharp knife and slice the ends of each sweet potato.
 - Cut them into similar-sized wedges (lengthwise) so they cook evenly, and place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
 - Combine salt, pepper, paprika, cinnamon, and garlic powder into a seasoning mix in a separate medium bowl.
 - Pour olive oil over the wedges and toss them to lightly coat.
 - Pour seasoning blend over the wedges and toss them together to coat evenly.
 - Arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure wedges are not touching. You may need to cook wedges in batches depending on how many you make.

- Air fry sweet potato wedges at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes, tossing the wedges halfway through the cooking process.
 - Serve these sweet wedges while hot.
