recipe for an air fryer walnut cake that you can try:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add in the vegetable oil while continuing to beat the mixture.
  5. Fold in the flour mixture and chopped walnuts, making sure everything is well combined.
  6. Spray a 6-inch baking pan with cooking spray and pour the cake batter into it.
  7. Place the baking pan in the preheated air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  8. Once done, remove the cake from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
