WWE Smackdown: Why does WWE treat King of Strong Style so commonly?

The question in the above post is genuine. Why does WWE treat King of Strong Style so commonly? He is a gem in the pro wrestling industry and was hailed as one of the best pro wrestlers to walk around in his time with NJPW back in 2002.

After moving his base to the WWE, Shinsuke made his WWE NXT debut and had a phenomenal race as the NXT Champion. When everyone demanded a push on the main list for King of Strong Style, he was moved to Friday Night Smackdown as part of the main list in 2017.

After losing that match, he turned the heel, and since then he has been treated like any other regular star on the list.

WWE Smackdown: What Can We Expect Next from Shinsuke Nakamura?

The next challenge for Shinsuke Nakamura comes in the form of WWE Raw’s United States Champion Damian Priest at the WWE Survivor Series.- This is a match that has not been pressured at all.

Moreover, it seems to face another defeat at the PPV event if he goes after the recent reservations of Shinsuke, where he was even retained by someone like Angel Garza, the intercontinental champion. Which direction Shinsuke Nakamura’s career is moving after the Survivor Series would be something interesting to see.
