John Goodman continues to showcase his great body change.
The Roseanne alum, 69, appeared at Tub’s premiere Freak Brothers Fred Segal on Monday along with actors Pete Davidson and Blake Anderson. The actor has lost 200 pounds (90 kg).
Goodman began his transformation in 2007. When he weighed about 400 pounds (181 kg), he decided to change his lifestyle completely after he had been yo-yo to lose weight several times.

“In the old days, I took three months off, lost 60 or 70 pounds (27-31 kg) and then rewarded myself with six packs or whatever and just went back to my old habits,” he told ABC in 2017.
“This time I wanted to do it slowly. Move, practice. I’m coming to the point that I can no longer afford to sit still.”
Later with his lifestyle The Flintstones the star stopped drinking completely and hired personal trainer Mackie Shilstonen.

“I know it sounds boring, but it was a waste,” Goodman said People in 2010. “It takes a lot of creative energy to sit in the ass and figure out what you’re going to eat next… I wanted to live a better life.”

The Trumbo a sober star since 2007 said Men’s health in 2010 that her weight problems started as a child and increased as she struggled with alcohol as an adult.
“It started when I was a kid,” he said. “I would walk into the house and sneak food. It was a great pleasure for me to eat. It’s part of the alcoholic personality.”

“I decided to stop filling my mouth every five minutes,” he told Howard Stern in 2017. “It turned out I only ate all the time. Whenever I had my hands open or free, I pushed something into my mouth.”
