- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted, melted
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt

- Make the spice blend. Combine the melted butter with the cayenne, sugar and salt, mix well.
- Toss the peanuts with spice blend. Place the peanuts in a bowl and pour the butter mixture over them. Toss well to combine.
- Air fry peanuts. Place the peanuts in the basket of your air fryer. Air fry at 300° for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and loosen them up if needed. Air fry for an additional 8 minutes at 350°F and serve immediately.
