Air frying is a great way to cook frozen salmon as it is quick, easy, and results in a crispy and flavorful dish. Here is a simple recipe for air fryer frozen salmon:
Ingredients:
- Frozen salmon fillet(s)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the frozen salmon fillet(s) from the packaging and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the salmon fillet(s) with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillet(s) in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook the salmon fillet(s) for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet(s). Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the thickest part of the salmon. If it flakes easily, it is done.
