Crispy on the exterior and fluffy on the inside, air fryer baby potatoes are made with only a few basic ingredients – and done in just 20 minutes!

This air fryer dish is one of my favorite baby potato recipes for supper owing to how swiftly they cook. They even reheat well for tomorrow’s supper too!

Air fryer baby potatoes  cook up with a crispy shell while keeping fluffy on the interior. It’s comparable to roasting potatoes in the oven, but so much quicker!

You may use gold potatoes or baby red potatoes in the air fryer for this quick dish!

You don’t even need to bother about peeling your baby potatoes before you begin — in fact, the crispy skin is my favorite aspect of this dish!

I cooked this meal in my Cosori 5.8QT air fryer. It’s ideal for my family of 4 and I could have quadrupled this recipe in one batch if I needed!

No! When you air fry baby potatoes, you don’t need to soak them in water.

They work great with just being rinsed and dried. It gives them crispy skin while keeping the insides fluffy.
