This recipe is so easy, and the chicken comes out unbelievably tender! You’ll love how simple it is to get juicy, flavorful chicken using your air fryer.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 large)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps them crisp up!
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts, making sure they’re evenly coated.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd it.
  5. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 18-20 minutes. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check!
  6. Let it rest: After it is cooked, let the chicken to rest for 5 minutes.

Tips for Maximum Tenderness:

  • Don’t overcook the chicken! Use a meat thermometer for perfect results.
  • Letting the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking helps the juices redistribute, making it even more tender.
  • Marinate the chicken before air frying.
