- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture over both sides of the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them to allow for proper air circulation.
- Air fry the chicken thighs at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, flip the chicken thighs over and brush the remaining honey mustard mixture over the top.
- Continue to air fry for another 10-15 minutes or until the chicken thighs are crispy and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
