  • 4 crumpets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter:
    • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Spread the Garlic Butter:
    • Slice the crumpets in half horizontally to create flat surfaces. Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on the cut side of each crumpet half.
  3. Air Fry the Crumpets:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
