Air Fryer Milk Brioche Rolls Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 cup whole milk, heated to about 110 degrees Fahrenheit

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and eggs.
  2. Gradually pour in the heated whole milk while stirring continuously to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and shape them into rolls.
  5. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each roll.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) and then air fry the rolls for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Once done, remove the rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
